If you are looking for a new apartment as a result of the violence you have experienced, please contact a specialist counselling center for domestic violence for the time being. The colleagues* of the specialist offices will support you in applying for documents, clarify the basis for the claim and, if necessary, register you with us. In principle, we can only support women* in finding accommodation who live in a shelter or are supported by a counselling center.

- We support you in looking for a new apartment
- When looking for accommodation, your individual needs are taken into account as far as possible
- Insolvency, debt and other problems are not exclusion criteria for inclusion in housing agency
- We broker apartments both via the protected market segment and via the free housing market
- We support you in the application process together with your social worker
- The offered apartments are located in all districts of Berlin
- We put you in touch with further advice and support services to ensure housing preservation.

What you can do yourself
Submit complete application documents (all pages of the WBS incl. transfer notification and income certificate according to §p Abs. 2 WoFG, current credit bureau information, currently valid benefit notice (job center, social welfare office, etc.) – pension notice – salary statements of the last three months, passport / personnel selectionand residence permit (if necessary, replacement ID)
